Job summary

Pertemps Daventry is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA/APAC to steer regional recruitment, partner with senior leaders, and align sourcing with business needs across multiple countries.

You will lead a team of recruiters, shape workforce plans, drive best-in-class hiring practices, and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Travel up to 25%, 40-hour weeks, with flexibility as required, and a strategic, hands-on leadership role within a global automotive client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience leading talent acquisition teams in corporate, agency, BPO, contact centre or high-volume settings.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries/markets within EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Proven success developing and executing recruitment strategies that support business growth.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, and candidate engagement.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience using recruitment data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring plans.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for key leadership, corporate, and business-critical positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, Marketing, and Operations on workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across the region.
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment technology adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across multiple countries.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on hiring performance.

Job description

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for one of established Global Automotive clients we are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA/APAC, you will play a critical role in building the talent strategies that enable our business to grow, transform, and succeed across multiple countries and cultures.

Up to 25% travel may be required across the EMEA and APAC regions, also UK sites Daventry and Dunton.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll lead recruitment delivery across the region, develop innovative sourcing strategies, partner with senior business leaders, and drive best-in-class hiring practices that attract exceptional talent.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA/APAC, you'll oversee regional recruitment operations while partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to build and execute talent acquisition strategies that support both current and future workforce needs.

You’ll lead a team of recruiters, influence workforce planning, leverage data to drive decision-making, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience leading talent acquisition teams within a corporate, agency, BPO, contact centre, or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries and markets within EMEA and/or APAC.
