Costello Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment function and shape how we attract, assess and hire exceptional people across the organisation.

You will work with senior leaders to set hiring targets and ensure scalable, compliant processes across regions. You will develop strategies, build robust pipelines, coach a team of TA professionals and partner with the Head of People to translate business growth plans into hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an in-house recruitment role at manager or team leader level.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and end-to-end processes.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, equitable assessment methods, and visa considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery across the global business in collaboration with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Partner with Head of People to shape Talent Acquisition strategy and set hiring priorities.
• Build internal and external talent pipelines for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals; provide coaching and development.
• Plan capacity and resources to deliver high-quality activity and improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and updates to senior leaders.
• Improve processes, systems, and assessment approaches; explore tech/AI opportunities.
• Develop recruitment training and guidance for colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring and compliance.
• Collaborate across People Team to align recruitment with broader people priorities.
