Responsibilities

• Leading recruitment delivery across the global business, collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers to set targets and stay on track
• Shaping Talent Acquisition strategy with the Head of People, translating growth plans into hiring priorities
• Attracting, assessing and hiring across diverse roles; strengthening employer brand
• Building internal and external talent pipelines for strategic and hard-to-fill roles
• Leading and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals with coaching and development
• Monitoring KPIs and using data to refine approaches and report to senior leaders
