Costello Medical is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the global recruitment function, shaping how we attract, assess and hire exceptional people across the organisation. This is a varied role combining strategy, stakeholder partnering, people management, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-house recruitment at manager or team-leader level.
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies using data and insights.
• Knowledge of equitable assessment methods and employment law guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery across the global business with senior stakeholder alignment.
• Shape Talent Acquisition strategy and translate growth plans into hiring priorities.
• Develop internal/external talent pipelines for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Oversee capacity planning and delivery of recruitment activities and projects.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and updates to leadership.
• Improve processes, use of tech/AI, and candidate experience.
• Provide training and guidance for hiring colleagues and ensure compliance.
