The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems, responsible for the vision and direction of AdBook, the Revenue Organization’s Order Management System (OMS), being rolled out globally. The team collaborates closely with technology and business stakeholders to develop impactful features and prepare new territories for onboarding.
This role is based in London and reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems in New York City. It mainly supports Condé Nast’s European and Asian markets, with potential support for other markets. Key responsibilities include end-user support, reporting, gathering feedback, documenting requirements, testing new functionalities, training, and supporting new market launches.
