Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a Global Sustainability Lead to shape and drive AGCO's sustainability strategy across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership and regional teams to integrate sustainability into governance, planning, and product strategy.

The role requires influencing senior executives, managing a global matrix, and guiding ESG reporting and performance improvement, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, environmental strategy, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading company-wide strategic initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, regulatory developments, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive change across complex matrix organizations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 15+ years of progressive experience with leadership in sustainability, ESG, corporate affairs, strategy, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AGCO's global sustainability strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and long-term objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Embed sustainability into governance, planning, targets, and performance measures.
• Partner with global functions to integrate sustainability across the organization.
• Translate priorities into customer, dealer, and farmer value propositions.
• Establish sustainability goals, reporting processes, and accountability mechanisms.
• Oversee ESG disclosures, stakeholder engagement, and relationships with rating agencies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and define strategic responses to risks and opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global sustainability organization.
• Advise SLT, Board, Governance Committee, and AGCO Foundation on strategy, risks and impact (up to 50% travel).
