Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Global Sustainability Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy that integrates environmental, social, and business objectives across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership and regional teams to embed sustainability into governance, planning processes, and performance metrics, driving long-term value for customers and farmers.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive change.
Experience leading global sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute AGCO's global sustainability strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Lead enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives aligned with strategy and priorities.
Embed sustainability into governance, planning, targets, and performance measures.
Partner with global functions to integrate sustainability across the organization.
Translate priorities into customer, dealer, and farmer value propositions.
Establish goals, reporting processes, and accountability mechanisms.
Oversee sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor regulatory developments and define strategic responses to risks and opportunities.
Lead and develop a global sustainability organization and talent pipeline.
Advise SLT, Board, Governance Committee, and AGCO Foundation on strategy and impact (up to 50% travel).
