GE Vernova's Sustainability AI Leader will drive end-to-end digitalization of sustainability processes across Electrification, deploying AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to transform reporting, planning, and decision-making. You'll coordinate with GEV HQ and Electrification DT to execute the LTS and achieve measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in AI/ML or related field.
• Experience in digital transformation and AI deployment at enterprise scale.
• Experience coordinating across global matrixed organizations and HQ functions.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability metrics and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digitalization of sustainability processes and define the transformation roadmap.
• Deploy the ELEC Sustainability Long-Term Strategy for digitalization and AI with milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate with GEV HQ and Electrification DT on digital strategy, data standards, and AI governance.
• Develop AI-powered systems for predictive analytics, automated reporting, and decision-support.
• Drive a 30% productivity improvement by automating sustainability reporting and compliance workflows.
• Design scalable data architectures and AI/ML models for analytics and scenario planning.
• Partner with Finance, Digital, Operations, and Supply Chain to integrate solutions into enterprise systems.
• Establish governance and compliance frameworks for AI and digital sustainability tools.
