  • Leading and supporting ESG reporting activities aligned to global frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, CSRD, and the EU Taxonomy.
  • Interpreting and applying evolving ESG standards and reporting guidelines, advising stakeholders on key implications and data requirements.

  • Supporting external ESG submissions, including CDP (Climate & Water), MSCI, Sustainalytics, and S&P CSA.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and automate reporting workflows, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities across the organisation.
  • Collaborating with finance, sustainability, operations, risk, and communications teams to integrate ESG considerations into wider organisational reporting cycles.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • A strong financial reporting background (professional services or industry)
  • An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles, methodologies and framework
  • Solid understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and evolving sustainability regulations
  • High proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel (Power BI a plus)
  • Genuine passion for sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and governance
