Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Sustainability Regional Analyst (P1) to be the regional analytical backbone for the EMEA sustainability programme. You will provide data analytics, QA, and reporting support to the Regional Operations Lead and Programme Lead, enabling accurate ESG governance.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in QuickSight, automating weekly/monthly reports, and ensuring data quality across 41 EMEA sites.

Qualifications

• University degree in environmental science, data analytics, engineering, or related.
• 1-2 years in sustainability/energy data analysis or environmental data management.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data manipulation.
• Dashboard tool proficiency: QuickSight, Power BI or Tableau.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy; proactive in chasing data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain centralised EMEA SOT dashboards in QuickSight; design semi-automated weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct regional utility data QA/QC; reduce error rates and validate data against sources.
• Support carbon, energy and water analytics; apply ILFI benchmarking across sites and quantify energy savings.
• Produce monthly/quarterly ESG reports; ensure governance-ready data and client-friendly outputs.
