Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to manage finite scheduling & inventory planning within the International arm of Global Auto Care. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, support reporting, analytics, and contribute to data-driven decision making across the supply chain.

The role emphasizes planning accuracy, cross-functional communication, and the ability to adapt plans to changing customer requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience in production planning with internal and external manufacturing partners is an advantage.
• Good understanding of supply chain process flows and interdependencies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills to decipher and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the finite scheduling process for goods within vertical planning.
• Develop the monthly supply and inventory plan and present at planning meetings.
• Support reporting, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to drive metrics.
• Analyze and report key metrics on a monthly/weekly/daily basis.
• Ensure master planning data accuracy and integrity.
• Support product life cycle transitions to meet customer requirements.
