Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Supply Officer for Airbus-related supply chain operations at Broughton. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days onsite, and 35 hours per week.

PAYE £21.68/hr or umbrella £29.00/hr, typical for UK contract roles. The successful candidate will manage supplier and procurement activities, use SAP for MRP, and collaborate across a global network to ensure timely delivery of materials for wing programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and procurement environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally focused environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers using existing systems and new digital tools.
• Monitor demand, control forecasts and maintain accurate order books.
• Use data insights to drive decision-making and identify risks early.
• Lead supplier recovery plans when performance needs improvement.
• Own and optimise procured goods stock levels.
