About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Supply Chain Quality Programme Manager to contribute to our trusted product portfolio by maintaining high-quality standards from concept to execution, fostering continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the global supplier QMS, ensuring simplification and optimization.
  • Coordinate global quality improvement projects within supply chain quality.
  • Collaborate with compliance and performance teams to ensure timely reporting of supplier quality, audit, and distribution metrics.
  • Review and trend KPIs, implementing continuous improvements.
  • Generate and update vendor quality and distribution risk reports, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain the Vendor Heat Map and escalate risks during regional reviews.
  • Partner strategically with Procurement for procurement excellence.
  • Ensure compliance activities are completed on time, addressing gaps proactively.
  • Communicate external manufacturing standards and monitor remediation activities.
  • Coordinate creation of supplier manuals and quality documents.
  • Maintain SOPs related to GSCQ.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams.
  • Prepare updates for regional and quarterly reviews, promoting a quality culture.
  • Serve as SME for Supplier Management and external audit modules in QualityOne.
Qualifications and experience
  • Strong understanding of supplier management, compliance, and quality systems.
  • Leadership, partnership, and facilitation skills across organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Experience managing global quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Nutrition sectors preferred.
  • Leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills aligned with Reckitt values.
  • Persistent, driven, and capable of building strong relationships and motivating teams.
