Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to shape and improve supply chain performance across its UK, US and Canada sites. You will lead strategy, governance and cross‑functional planning to support growth, resilience, and successful new product introductions.

You will manage supplier performance, risk, inventory optimization, and value engineering initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain, procurement or operations leadership role in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain strategy and performance improvements.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, planning, supplier performance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain strategy and governance across the business.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and continuous improvement across supply chain.
• Partner cross‑functionally to support planning, NPI and long‑term business growth across UK/US/Canada production sites.
