Job summary

SPX Radiodetection in Bristol is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the international supply chain across the UK, US and Canada. The role shapes strategy, strengthens supplier partnerships and ensures cost-effective delivery of products.

You will lead a team of about 10, consolidate suppliers, drive performance and manage contracts. The role involves offshoring projects, collaboration with Engineering, and travel to US/Canada sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing international suppliers and multi-site operations.
• Track record of supplier consolidation and transitioning products between suppliers.
• Experience supporting offshoring or manufacturing relocation projects.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP/MRP experience and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
