Job summary

SPX Radiodetection is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead our international supply chain across the UK, US and Canada from Bristol. The role shapes strategy, strengthens supplier partnerships and ensures cost-effective product delivery.

Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite in Bristol, plus international travel. Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in manufacturing supply chains, experience managing international suppliers and a track record in supplier consolidation and offshoring

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a manufacturing supply chain team.
• Experience managing international suppliers and multi-site operations.
• Track record in supplier consolidation and product transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global supply chain team.
• Consolidate and optimise the supplier base across regions.
• Drive supplier performance, cost reduction and supply continuity.
• Manage supplier contracts, negotiations and obsolescence.
• Support NPI and ongoing product portfolio success.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve design and manufacturability.
• Lead supplier transfer and offshoring projects.
• Travel to sites and suppliers in the US and Canada.
