BARBOUR is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator at our Head Office in South Shields. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of product purchase orders, accurate data in the business system, and efficient collaboration with factories and freight forwarders to meet cost and time targets.

You will maintain PO plans, coordinate samples for seasonal launches, and support cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in garment procurement or general procurement.
• Experience with production planning processes.
• Experience collaborating with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders to drive performance.
• Experience with offshore supply bases preferred.
• CIPS Diploma is desirable but not essential.
• Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Raise Purchase Orders accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with QA teams to meet priorities and milestones.
• Monitor PO progress with supplier meetings and visits.
• Update Infor M3 to reflect factory data and shipping docs.
• Expedite sales priorities and optimise freight options.
• Ensure on-time PO delivery and efficient customer fulfilment.
• Maintain PO plans considering constraints and holidays.
• Coordinate samples for seasonal launches.
