Job summary

Marcus Evans Group in Edinburgh is expanding its Summits content team to build world-class events for the US market. You’ll research hot topics, engage directly with senior US executives and help craft compelling Summit programmes.

The role is office-based with flexible hours, some early-evening work to support the US market, and occasional travel to the US two to three times per year. You’ll work with top leaders and a dynamic team in a global business events environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is the minimum requirement.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Ability to speak with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive desk and telephone research
• Write a business-benefit packed program
• Identify, invite and confirm top level C-suite speakers within given deadlines
