Job summary

EF (Education First) Bournemouth Summer School is seeking enthusiastic Activity Leaders for summer 2027. The role is full-time, six days a week, with June–August 2027 (minimum one month). Accommodation and full board can be provided with notice.

Qualifications

• Energetic and outgoing with a sociable personality.
• Confident in leading groups of students and interacting with diverse cultures.
• Ability to manage activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Flexible with hours and committed for June–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of international students on activities, events, and day trips.
• Create a lively atmosphere and deliver excellent customer service.
• Facilitate activities that encourage speaking English and cultural sharing.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being in line with EF policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with co-leaders and manager to improve future activities.
