Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and study management in a pharmaceutical/scientific environment.
• Hands-on experience across the study lifecycle: feasibility, startup/recruitment, vendor management and close out.
• In-depth knowledge of GCPs and ICH guidelines.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical operation activities from CSI until study archiving.
• Develop robust delivery plans and manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and matrix teams; drive automation initiatives using AIML.
• Act as Working Group Lead for Clinical Operations to ensure timely, quality, and compliant study delivery.
