GSK is seeking a Global Study Manager within Global Clinical Study Delivery, part of Global Clinical Operations in R&D. The GSM leads end-to-end clinical study operations from initiation to archiving, coordinating with the Global Study Lead and study teams.

Location options include London or Stevenage, with a planned relocation to Cambridge by early 2029. The role requires extensive experience in complex matrix environments, strong problem-solving, and influential leadership to drive study

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical research/study management and operations experience across the study lifecycle.
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable laws/regulations.
• Strong project management skills including scope, budget, timeline, and resource planning.

Responsabilités

• Act as Working Group Lead for Clinical Operations, delivering study/studies on time, to quality and budget.
• Oversee study deliverables, initiation meetings, activity plans, vendor oversight and budget tracking.
• Support assessment and selection of FSO vendors and GCSD vendors with GSL input.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate study risks and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Promote use of AI/ML tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
