Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Study Delivery Senior Manager to own global clinical trial delivery, translating product and clinical objectives into executable plans that ensure timely, high-quality data in support of Amgen’s mission to serve patients. You will lead end-to-end delivery of assigned studies across geographies, managing quality, timelines, budget, and operations.

Qualifications

Degree educated with experience in clinical trials and life sciences.
Clinical trial execution experience and leadership across geographies.
Experience managing studies, budgets and timelines in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

Own global clinical trial delivery from objective to executable plan.
Lead cross-functional study teams and drive evidence generation strategy.
Define study plans, manage feasibility, site engagement, recruitment and vendor delivery.
Identify risks with quality-by-design and ensure safety and data integrity.
Oversee enrollment, data flow, monitoring and corrective actions.
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
