Havas Media Ltd. seeks a Global Strategy Partner to lead the strategic thinking for our most important global accounts. You will set the long-term vision, tackle challenging questions, and drive how we grow alongside clients within a dynamic, globally connected agency network.

As a leading voice, you will balance intellectual leadership with commercial ambition, build board-level relationships, and integrate capabilities across the network to unlock holistic value for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to set long-term strategic visions and solve complex problems.
• Ability to advise and influence C-suite and senior leadership, building board-level relationships.
• Strong understanding of agency commercial operations and revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision & the long-term transformation agenda for the global client.
• Structure and solve complex strategic problems, creating compelling narratives that shape client and Havas thinking.
• Collaborate with senior account leadership to create a long-term transformation strategy with innovative marketing solutions.
• Proactively identify strategic problems early and demonstrate analytical and strategic skills to address them.
• Define and represent the agency's strategic and media offering at the most senior level.
• Contribute to internal and industry thought leadership; lead adoption of new capabilities and trends.
• Work with the client to understand their internal landscape and gain approval for our work.
• Equip stakeholders with persuasive arguments, data, and presentations to champion our work internally.
• Understand the commercial running of the agency to identify and convert incremental revenue opportunities.
