Job summary

Watchfinder & Co. is seeking a Store Design, Planning & Construction Project Manager to lead store design, planning, and construction for its global retail footprint.

You will shape the framework, processes and governance for scalable store development across markets, balancing design quality with timelines and budgets. The role requires strong PM and design coordination skills, experience with external partners, and the ability to influence across a global stakeholder network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or a Store Design & Planning function.
• Proven track record delivering international retail projects with design, store planning and construction knowledge.
• Experience managing external partners such as Architects, Quantity Surveyors and General Contractors.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tender management, negotiations and budget maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development from concept to construction documentation.

• Manage external design specialists (Design agencies, architects and consultants).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and Commercial Ops to optimize retail experience and efficiency.
• Lead projects from investment validation through construction and close-out, budgeting, CAPEX and planning.
• Drive tendering, evaluations, negotiations and contracts for external partners.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and customer experience improvements.
• Manage procurement, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and financial reporting.
• Coordinate permitting and local authority relations with project architects.
• Ensure adherence with brand standards, Retail Bluebook and Richemont guidelines.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
