Job summary

Watchfinder & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Excellence Program Manager to design, lead and embed a Retail Excellence framework across the business.

The role drives development and execution of key retail initiatives that enhance operational excellence, elevate the customer experience, and support commercial objectives. The position requires coordinating with HR, merchandising, data teams, and store operations to deliver end-to-end improvements and dashboards, ensuring projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or operations consulting.
• Experience in retail industry is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design a structure and governance for a Retail Program management, applying program mgmt components and governance.
• Develop a comprehensive Retail Excellence initiatives pipeline aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage the Retail Program, project pipeline, prioritisation, escalations and risk reports.
• Lead and manage Retail projects such as new store openings or renovations.
• Oversee delivery of projects ensuring alignment with priorities and outcomes.
• Partner with HR to define boutique organisation and compensation.
• Collaborate with commercial performance, merchandiser and data teams on dashboards.
• Support Director of Commercial Operations and CCO for other requests.
• Champion customer-centric end-to-end journey across all Watchfinder touchpoints.
• Explore methodologies to measure customer satisfaction in retail.
• Partner with L&D to develop training for retail staff.
