Job summary

Superdry PLC is seeking a Store Designer to shape the look and feel of stores worldwide. You will implement plans for company and franchise rollouts, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality finishes.

You will bring a strong CAD/Revit background, strong attention to detail and knowledge of building regulations to coordinate across internal and external teams. The role includes mentoring juniors and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of store design industry experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop for layouts and visuals.
• Excellent planning, organisation and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with UK, EU and international architects and contractors to ensure correct interpretation and timelines.
• Develop schematic designs compliant with building regulations and landlord criteria for the global development programme.
• Support design layouts and implementations to uplift store densities across UK, Europe and International.
• Deliver drawing packages to full construction status and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with consultant teams to integrate ME&P and structural issues for a coordinated tender set.
• Prepare architectural risk assessments per CDM Regulations and identify design risks.
• Assist senior management and design teams as needed.
• Conduct site visits and work with project managers through the lifecycle of each project.
• Maintain and update standard details; draw and update new concepts as needed.
• Mentor junior team members to enable progression into future roles.
