Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Store Designer to implement design plans for company and franchise store rollouts worldwide. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality finishes across regions, using Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

A strong regulatory and landlord management background is essential. You will mentor junior team members, coordinate with UK/EU/International architects and contractors, and work with project managers throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of CAD/Revit software and technical architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of building regulations and landlord criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with UK, EU and International architects and contractors to ensure correct interpretation and on-time delivery.
• Develop schematic designs in compliance with regulations and landlord criteria for the global development programme.
• Support design layout and implementation to uplift store densities across regions.
• Deliver drawings to full construction status with standard details and coordination with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with consulting team to integrate ME&P and structural issues for a coordinated tender set.
• Prepare architectural risk assessments under CDM Regulations.
