Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Storage Programme Manager to join the Storage PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organisation. This hybrid role includes working from an HPE office on average 2 days per week in the Bristol area, coordinating with UK, US and India teams to deliver complex storage initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Programme Management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes in a technology environment.
• Proven success delivering product development and product launch programmes.
• Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programmes from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain programme schedules, milestones, resource plans and deliverables.
• Drive alignment across product management, engineering, operations and stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets, risks, dependencies and issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet objectives on time and within scope.
• Communicate programme progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor less experienced programme management professionals.
