Job summary

Club L London is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to own supplier relationships and drive performance across our global supplier base. You will collaborate with Design, Product, Production and Technical teams, supporting onboarding, capability assessments and strategic supplier decisions.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management and travel to international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion sourcing, supplier management or a similar role.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Act as a key point of contact between the business and supplier base.
• Develop a strong understanding of each supplier's capabilities, capacity, strengths and areas for development.
• Establish regular communication and supplier review processes.
• Provide clear, constructive and timely feedback to suppliers.
• Build supplier accountability while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships.
• Develop strong supplier partnerships that support the long-term sourcing strategy.
