Job summary

TJX Europe offers a 12‑month placement in global sourcing and procurement. You'll work with teams across regions to understand needs, analyze markets, and help select suppliers that deliver value for our off-price retail brands.

You will support category managers, participate in sourcing events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and demand management. A strong academic record and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Current students in year 2 who will do a year in industry in their third year.
• Experience or interest in global sourcing and procurement is desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support global sourcing and procurement activities to drive value.
• Assist with supplier selection and negotiations across regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regional needs.
