Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in retail recruitment? TJX Europe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (12-month FTC) to lead our efforts in sourcing top-tier talent for store management and field management roles. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction to help our Stores to build diverse and high-performing teams. Your ability to partner with business leaders and advise on volume peak hiring strategies will be crucial in driving our success.
