The TJX Companies, Inc invites applicants for a 12-month industrial placement in Watford. You will engage in Lean Six Sigma projects, act as an internal consultant, and collaborate across TJX Europe teams to improve processes and productivity.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Science, with knowledge of DMAIC and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills. Hybrid working with a modern campus-style head office is offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree related to Business, Engineering or Science.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC is preferred.
• Strong project management experience or training.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methods with measurable gains.
• Support research to identify improvement opportunities and develop sustainable strategies.
• Provide planning support using DMAIC roadmaps and control plans.
• Act as internal consultant on projects to identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze data and present findings.
• Potential to gain Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification.
