Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• HND/HNC considered.
• Experience in sales engineering or technical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Review specifications with customers to understand requirements.
• Identify upsell opportunities during the sales process.
• Own support for nominated key accounts with complex enquiries/orders.
• Coordinate post-sale activities to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Be a cross-functional advocate for the customer across teams.
• Promote AMOT products and capabilities to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of AMOT technology and product lines.
