Craft, a leading sports brand focused on nutrition and lifestyle, is seeking a Global Social Lead to drive the shift from broadcast to community.
You will own global strategy across platforms, build platform-native content, pioneer a global creator program, and enable local relevance in the UK, USA, and Japan, shaping how the work is made and delivered.
Based in the sports industry, with a focus on nutrition and lifestyle, this is a leading brand now looking to grow out its team to go well and truly global, so they’re on the hunt for an exceptional Global Social Lead to help them achieve their mission.
You’ll own global social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn and whatever comes next, turning the brand from a broadcast channel into a performance community people actually want to be part of. That means building a platform-native presence from the foundation up, developing social-first content alongside the content studio, and running a global creator strategy that reaches beyond sponsored athletes into the emerging voices in running, cycling, fitness and endurance.
You’ll set global principles while enabling local relevance across the UK, USA and Japan, with more markets to come. You’ll build social listening that feeds insight back into brand, product and science. This is the first time the business has had this capability in nearly 35 years - so you’re shaping how the work gets made and moves, not inheriting a system to maintain.
You’re a genuine social native, 7 - 12+ years in, fluent in platforms and internet culture rather than someone who manages people who are. You’ve built audiences organically and worked hands-on with creators.
You could come from sport, fashion, gaming, media or a social-first agency; you work confidently with minimal instruction, and you’re commercially minded in a cost-conscientious business.
It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
