Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Social & Influence Director to lead a multi-market social program for a world‑renowned brand. You will drive strategy, standards, and a creator ecosystem, reporting to the Global Leadership Team from London.

This senior role blends creative leadership with strategic governance in a hybrid setup. As the studio’s social adviser, you’ll translate platform expertise into clear direction, oversee budgets, and align content across markets with brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of social media at scale across multiple markets.
• Strong track record in building and managing creator ecosystems and influencer programmes.
• Expertise in translating platform insights into strategic guidance for senior stakeholders.
• Experience implementing AI governance and brand-safety standards at studio level.

Responsibilities

• Define global social frameworks, standards, and best practice across client Social Studios.
• Identify platform opportunities and emerging formats; translate into strategic actions.
• Act as the studio's social authority, championing platform-native thinking across output.
• Own end-to-end creator and influencer programmes from strategy design to delivery.
• Evolve the programme with audience behavior, platform developments, and brand values.
• Oversee creator managers and a large UGC network with quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate creator activity across markets and ensure consistent use of the Creator Bench.
