Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Director of Social & Creators for Dove Social Studios. You will set global standards for Dove’s social presence, inspire a multi-market team, and translate platform expertise into strategic direction for senior client stakeholders.

You will lead social managers, creator leads, and senior experts across markets, building capability, defining standards, and driving a programme native to platform, culture, and audience.

Qualifications

• Extensive social media leadership experience in a large brand, agency or hybrid environment.
• Deep expertise across major and emerging social platforms.
• Proven experience leading creator strategy and managing large creator ecosystems.
• Strong people leadership and senior client skills with credibility to operate at the highest levels.
• Operational rigour and the ability to bring clarity to complex, multi-market programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define global social frameworks, standards, and best practice across client Social Studios.
• Identify platform opportunities, cultural moments, and emerging formats and translate them into clear strategic action.
• Act as the studio's social authority, championing platform-native thinking across creative and content output.
• Own the client's end-to-end creator and influence programme—from strategy design through to delivery.
• Oversee creator managers and a large UGC network, maintaining creative quality and brand alignment.
• Coordinate creator activity across markets and ensure consistent use of the Creator Bench.
