Job summary

Meta is seeking a Strategic Planning and Operations Senior Leader to drive analytical strategy and coordinate global go-to-market insights for SMBG. You will translate performance data from Meta’s advertising and enterprise platforms into actionable guidance that shapes how SMBG sales teams operate and grow.

You will partner with regional leadership and cross-functional partners to define priorities, build scalable analytics, and lead annual planning and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in strategic analytics or related fields.
• Experience translating large datasets into executive-level recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the analytical strategy and global operating roadmap for SMBG.
• Coordinate insights with regional leads to ensure consistent approach.
• Lead annual business planning and quarterly reviews for SMBG.
• Diagnose cross-regional business challenges and design analytic solutions.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and decision-support tools.
• Summarize insights to inform senior leadership strategy and risk.
• Coach cross-functional partners on analytical methodologies.
• Develop contingency plans for macroeconomic or regulatory disruptions.
• Prepare executive communications and strategic narratives for stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Ops leaders.
• Define and track KPIs for SMBG health and growth.
