Qualifications

• Completing a placement as part of University degree through Year In Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.
• Demonstrated legal studies or interest in contract law and clinical trials.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts with clinical trial sites under supervision.
• Support contract and budget drafting and negotiations with sites.
• Develop understanding of key legal terms, budgets and regulatory requirements as they relate to trial negotiations across multiple therapies.
• Assist in process improvement projects within GSSO and support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
