Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Contract Manager for the CPO & Supported Studies Contract Management Team in the UK. The role provides end-to-end contracting support for IIS, SCS and other clinical agreements with academic institutions, networks and research organisations.

The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and finalize agreements, lead contract development activities and manage risks, while collaborating with study delivery teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience negotiating clinical study agreements.
• Experience with IIS, SCS, CDA, CSA and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and finalize IIS, SCS, CDAs, amendments and related documents.
• Lead contract development, determine scope of requests and agreements.
• Identify, facilitate and resolve business, legal, financial and risk-related contracting issues.
• Track negotiations, approvals and documentation in centralized systems; ensure timely execution.
