Job summary

Precision for Medicine in the UK is seeking a Regulatory and Start Up Specialist to drive timely site activation and regulatory submissions across the country. You will manage CA/EC interactions, prepare dossiers and keep plans and trackers aligned with ICH-GCP and local requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CRO/pharma, English fluency, and a life sciences/pharmacy background. Knowledge of site contracts and budgets is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• Pharmacy/Pharmacist qualification would be highly beneficial.
• At least 2 years of regulatory/start-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory submissions and start-up dossiers for CA/EC and local bodies.
• Maintain regulatory plans, trackers and regulatory intelligence tools.
• Coordinate with site contracts management, feasibility and clinical operations.
• Support budget negotiations and investigator contract processes.
• Ensure site activation timelines and regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent

Pharmacy/Pharmacist qualification (beneficial)

Advanced degree in medical or life sciences / RAC certification / Regulatory Science

2+ years of relevant experience

Fluency in English

Strong communication and organizational skills
