Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Associate – Track and Trace to monitor and coordinate global shipments, ensuring on-time collection, transit, and delivery in accordance with customer requirements and SOPs.

You will provide operational support across internal teams, offices and service providers, intervene on-at-risk shipments, and continually improve processes while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with aviation networks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization abilities.
• Flexible hours with weekend coverage in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments daily to ensure on-time collection and delivery.
• Provide logistical and operational support to facilitate efficient shipment journey.
• Intervene on at-risk or delayed shipments in line with SOPs.
• Continuously improve operational and logistical execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal/external teams to build relationships.
• Coordinate with Marken offices and Local Service Providers for efficient handoffs.
• Develop understanding of regional import/export guidance.
• Prepare and distribute country-specific project documentation and reports.
• Attend customer meetings and teleconferences as required.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure data integrity.
