Your Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Payroll Oversight: Lead the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and distribution that align with our high standards of KPIs and SLAs.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead client projects, consulting on process improvements and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Data Validation: Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to proactively identify and mitigate high‑risk areas.
• Tailored Solutions: Manage client‑specific requirements, including payroll mapping and global cost tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration with payroll and third‑party vendors.
• Compliance Support: Assist clients with accurate year‑end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance‑related documentation, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
• Data‑driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide clients with actionable insights, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mobility programs.
