• Experienced in the preparation and valuation of share options.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Assist with the development of targets for business growth.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services.

Skills

Advising on tax treatment of share options

In-depth knowledge of EMI and ESS

Expertise on split interest and nil paid arrangements

Experience in share valuations and liaising with HMRC

Staff management and mentoring experience

Awareness of accounting and employment law

Experience of dealing with clients

Educated to degree level (LLB preferred)

Education
