Job summary

Quvia in London seeks a Service Delivery Engineer (Network Engineering) to deploy our next-gen connectivity platform across maritime environments. You will manage PoCs, vendor integrations, and on-board deployments, ensuring adherence to technical standards.

The role requires UK/EU passport, willingness to travel globally, and a strong foundation in LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, and BGP. You’ll work from our London office and support operations daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on networking: LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT/PAT, IPsec, BGP.
• Experience in implementation, configuration or troubleshooting in service provider or enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Quvia software for new deployments across Maritime BU and support vendor integrations and PoCs.
• Travel globally for ship installations and onboard deployments, ensuring integration and operations.
• Pre-configure hardware and participate in deployments, service POC, and change activities.
• Provide on-call support for escalations and ensure SLAs.
• Write and maintain detailed documentation and track hardware logistics.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and receive hardware at staging.
• Work daily from the Quvia office in London and handle office/administration tasks.
