Job summary

Quvia in London is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer (Network Engineering) to deploy our AI-powered QoE platform and support maritime customer projects. You’ll work across deployments, PoCs, and vendor integrations, traveling globally as needed.

The role requires a UK passport, eligible travel, and a hands-on networking background with LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, and BGP. You’ll document configurations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
Hands-on exposure to LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT/PAT, IPsec, and BGP.
Experience in service provider or enterprise networking.
Willingness to travel internationally with UK passport.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to work in highly available, secure environments.
Customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Deploy Quvia software for new deployments across Maritime BU and PoCs.
Support vendor integrations and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and customers.
Perform global installations aboard ships and in ports.
Pre-configure hardware and participate in deployments and change activities.
Maintain detailed documentation and inventory control.
Provide on-call support to meet SLAs.
