Job summary

Contiem Ltd seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Professional Services to oversee long- and short-term strategic planning and day-to-day activities across the assigned verticals. The role requires leadership of teams, revenue stewardship, and proactive client engagement.

You will coordinate with Sales and delivery teams, manage budgets, and ensure contractual obligations are met while driving growth across multiple time zones. This is a high-impact, global client service role.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of experience in client service, account management, or enterprise-level content management software and solution sales.
• Ability to lead in a matrix management environment with remote and centrally located team members across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables and charting).
• Experience developing, implementing, and determining the business impact of revenue forecasting and related approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to personnel and programs that support the assigned vertical.
• Monitor and direct teams to meet revenue growth targets through understanding contracting processes and budgets.
• Oversee client communications to maintain regular contact with active and prospective clients.
• Manage resources, spend plans, and program execution to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Track and report monthly revenue forecasts and actuals within assigned verticals.
• Handle client escalations with a solutions-based approach.
• Collaborate with Sales to respond to queries, proposals, and new client opportunities.
