Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Digital Content Co-ordinator to help bring our magic online. You will support new product launches, brand activations and day-to-day updates, ensuring content is accurate and engaging across website and app.

In this hybrid UK role, you’ll work closely with Digital Content and E-commerce teams to localise content for international markets, manage PDPs/PLPs, and keep assets rights-compliant. A degree and 1+ year in digital commerce are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or higher is required.
• Experience with CMS Contentful is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support CMS activity as a superuser, creating and updating site/app content.
• Lead setup/maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for new launches and activations.
• Localise designated areas for international markets with the translation team.
• Update home and shop pages daily across locales with accurate content.
• Coordinate with Digital Content team to deliver NPD launches and campaigns.
• Create landing pages aligned with campaigns and business needs.
• Refresh help pages (terms, privacy, cookies, FAQs) for accuracy.
• Audit site/app content assets for rights compliance and freshness.
• Collaborate with E‑commerce Trade to optimise content for performance.
