Job summary

Moog's Commercial Aircraft Group in Tewkesbury seeks a Senior Contracts Manager for OEM programs. You will provide global contractual support to the OEM teams in the US and UK, reviewing customer agreements and shaping bid strategies to minimize risk.

You will lead negotiations, draft complex terms, and ensure compliance across international transactions, including VAT, INCOTERMS, and export controls. Travel as needed and collaboration with Law, Tax, and Risk Management will be essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or JD required; international contracts experience preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of advanced contracts experience in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of export licensing, INCOTERMS, VAT, and tariffs.
• Experience defending against customer claims and drafting counterclaims.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual support to OEM programs in US and UK.
• Review customer agreements and develop bid strategies.
• Structure risk minimization for contract execution challenges.
• Develop and oversee regulatory compliance policies for CAG and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Law, Trade Compliance, Tax, and Risk Management on complex transactions.
• Travel internationally or domestically as needed.
