Moog Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to provide global contracting support for OEM programs, navigating complex cross-border terms with customers and suppliers.

You will lead negotiations, draft agreements, and collaborate with Law, Trade Compliance, Tax and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance across international transactions. This role may require travel and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or JD and 10+ years of contract related experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Extensive international experience required, with understanding of export licensing, VAT, tariffs, INCOTERMS.

Responsabilités

• Provide contractual support to the OEM business teams in the US and UK across major commercial aircraft customers.
• Develop bid strategies and risk-minimization plans for contract execution challenges.
• Lead policy and procedure development to strengthen contracting compliance for CAG and its international subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Law, Trade Compliance, Tax, Risk Management on complex international transactions including VAT, INCOTERMS, and export/import compliance.
• Train program management on Moog agreements, terms, change management, and negotiations.
• Perform due diligence for Moog acquisitions related to contracting, export compliance, and security.
• Provide global support which may require off-hours to accommodate time zones and occasional international/domestic travel.
