Job summary

Rakuten TV, a leading European streaming platform, is seeking an experienced sales professional to accelerate its international advertising business. Based in London, you will build relationships with multinational advertisers and global agency groups, manage end-to-end deal cycles, and drive revenue across Europe.

You will work with cross-functional teams, refine proposals, and travel across Europe to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of successful experience in digital media, TV, CTV or programmatic advertising sales.
• Proven experience developing business with multinational advertisers and/or international media agency groups.
• Strong network across European media agency holding companies (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, IPG, WPP).
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding new business targets.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win international advertising opportunities across Europe.
• Build relationships with European HQs and international agency groups.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature and handover to internal teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of international opportunities and coordinate cross-market deals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate trading agreements and close partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Ad Operations to ensure campaign success.
